First off, you need a better HS/Fan combo if you are serious. Don't skimp on the PSU (quality-wise) and unless you want phase-change or liquid cooling, you need a couple case fans extra.

Next you need to read up on your hardware, since you admit that you are not fullly aware of how things work. There ae some excellent sites, including this one, that can get you started.
