This thread has given me hope for this world! 😉 I normally have extreme anger towards Christianity (raised that way, had to do the full meal deal, sunday school, church, vacation bible school, christ school) but after reading this thread, I feel at peace 😉 haha

This is a HOT deal.. free firewood = heat the house = less power bill = spreading grahams wealth other than polluting.... jeez.. I better stop...

its really sad that in order for this thread to be "fair," similar deals have to be posted of other religions. im not crapping on other religions... but you dont see a rush of haters posting links to nokia phones on the motorola v60 thread. hostility in this thread is really disappointing
 
Gilby, you're confusing anti-Leftism with anti-Semitism, if you're not simply being malicious.

One should be very careful trying to score debating points by labelling truths you don't like as anti-semitic (e.g., there are disproportionately many Jews in news and entertainment media, or that Jews in America are disproportionately on the political left--not exactly controversial, and many would take them to be points of pride, not something to conceal).

Whenever you explicitly associate the truth with anti-semitism, you inadvertently promote anti-semitism, even if all you're trying to do is silence or disgrace an opponent (which aren't the loftiest of goals in any event).

I get a kick out of these threads. just goes to show a free society at work. Graham use to be one of my more liked religious leaders, but after last weeks comments and news reports all I can say is. "The devil works in mysterious ways". Now hes in the same catagory as fallwell, hinn, and bin laden oh yea and robetrson.
I am a christian, but not the kind that listens to money hungry or power hungry con men, or complete nut cases like laden and robertson.
religious stuff is not a hot deal! but is still appreciated.
but anything that doesn't involve savng money is not hot, just a big FYI.
So keep up the dialog and if you really get pee'd, and you think god says its OK , there are still a few tall buildings left in tha USA.

well after reading through the whole thread....

I'm Christian and don't mind seeing hot deals for stuff. If some people like this stuff then so be it, then let them have their thread, it is a hotdeal for some people. Personally, though I'm saddened, because this is a man who exploits peoples religion for money and power, and I consider him about as far away from Christianism as there is. Also to top it off he puts down other people's religions and everyone should be able to believe what they want to believe. When u sign up for this (I did this for fun last time) you get spam mail out the yinyang. Why? how do you think he makes money? I still recieve junk for signing up from this and I don't see any way to stop it. There are many better rolemodels than this man, and his past is not just shadowed by that one Nixon incident. Remeber god is within yourself.

This thread reminds me of the Sunday morning evangelist (maybe he's still on??) that I saw "heal" people right there on TV. The funny thing was, he was going bald and wore a very bad toupee. I never could figure that part out. You'd think if he could get disabled people to walk again after 5 years in a wheel chair, or cure arthritis, he could grow his own hair.... 😕

The only things have received from getting some of the previous books are offers for more books, no other mail. I guess maybe I am one of the lucky ones who did not get put on the spam list.

As for your comment fatdragonn, "radiation, stfu and crawl back to your little hole", I'm not the one thread crapping, it appears you should get back in yours.

as far as the religious stuff goes, its all good!!!!!I personally get it sent to all my relatives, most of them are preachers. Saves them time when it comes to writting sermons. (no Joke).
And you can really learn a thing or two from some of the wisdom they teach , like Turning the other cheek"or stoning your wife or girlfriend if she doesn't mind you. or sex with your mother or father is bad!!!!
