Please excuse my long winded explanation, I'm a bit of a novice.
I installed a new Western Digital 80GB HDD on my pc the other day and when I went to set up the partitions in fdisk, it was reporting it as a 10GB drive. I couldn't achieve anything in fdisk in the way of partitioning so I exited that and just did "format c:" which resulted in reporting the correct 80gigs.
I thought, that's ok, I'll just use Partition magic. I was wrong. Partition magic only appears to be letting me create FAT partitions (max. 2 gig) but not FAT32 partitions.
Does anyone have suggestions for what to try?
