Filled it out as best I could. It doesn't really seem to be designed for a student. Especially one whose parents make less than $30,000 a year.

maybe just a profile of the average Anandtech'er ie: SWM college grad 50k to 100k blah blah blah.....
 
Humm, I think he's trying to see how many people that actually get to make purchasing descisions, use his info; more than us standard geeks.
 
Yep ViRGE, that survey looks more like marketing demographics used to set ad pricing and to lure advertisers than a user survey. Anyway I had already done my part.

So, many of you don't read the front page? I am shocked! :Q Maybe Curt is wrong. I read it daily as well as SE and Tom's.

I agree, very much like a marketing survey to target purchasing, ads, or products.

But as long as Anand doesn't share any personal info, and it will help the site, I don't have any problems with it.

So I completed it. 🙂
