no no no, you can't get a 9500 non-pro to 9700 pro levels

so where can you get the card that you can mod to 9700 pro?
Well, there is no such card. The 9500 np can only mod to a 9700np. The 9700pro has faster rated memory, and therefore can be clocked much higher. You may be able to overclock the modded 9500np to standard 9700pro levels, but the 9700pro will be able to OC much higher due to it's faster memory.
however, you could effectivley take a 9500np and come out with a 9700pro. sounds like a hleuva deal to me
