on another note, the girlfriend and I saw the new episode last night. Thought it was meh, especially with Lorie. We essentially both went wtf at her stupidity. Ending was cool. Sets things up nicely.

UGH. OK. At this point I find Shane & Darryl (the hick from Boondock Saints) to be the only two interesting characters. Everyone whining about whether or not Shane did the right thing...seriously? Or the wife bitching about their son saying he would've done the same thing? That doesn't make him 'cold' as she put it...that makes him not zombie-bait. Good for him. The story line with the Asian dude and the girl is fucking ridiculous as well. One second she wants to bone him, the next she's telling him to piss off...but now she 'loves' him? GTFO. Almost all the characters are whiny limp wristed zombie-bait at this point.

My gf and I have watched every episode, and we said that with the 2nd half of season 2 we're going to give it two episodes to pick up. Well...we just had one and NOTHING happened AGAIN.

Oh wow...rick's wife acted like a retard. Go figure. Why the hell was she even going into town in the first place??? Her husband and the Asian dude were already there, for the same purpose as she was heading there for. Oh cool! New people...no...no wait, hold that.

. If something doesn't happen next episode, I'm done with this show. There's no character development. If anything, they're all devolving into whiny spineless bitches. There's barely any zombies each episode. They don't progress or do anything. They just sit around on the farm.

Sorry for the rant, but I LOVE post-apocalyptic type stuff, and this was the first show that I thought really did it well at a high quality after season 1. Season 2 has been unadulterated horse-shit so far, and it pisses me off

You can't come back unless you are bitten alive by a zombie. Dead is dead as far as I am concerned. If he was severely wounded and bitten, I'd go for it, but he was shot 2x in the chest. He's dead without the need for one to the head.

The guy behind the bar only took one shot, so I'd think he had a better chance to survive, but we may not have seen the last of him either.

But what Jenner told Rick forced Rick to do the double tap.

What Jenner told Rick (I'm guessing) is that they are ALL ALREADY infected with whatever is turning people into zombies....

I was similarly baffled by the GPS conversation.
