Have you set your BIOS to boot from an external source (Most likely SCSI or something similar)?

Your computer is looking for an operating system to boot off of. It is looking for that operating system wherever you have told it to. In the bios, if you have it setup to boot off of the RAID, or IDE channels, then it is looking there and not finding anything, therefore, INVALID SYSTEM DISK.

In your bios, set it to boot from an external device, i.e. scsi or anything external.

good luck,
Adam

Finally after three days of playing around with different configurations of cables, IDE/Raid/IDE controller card connectors and master/slave pinning on the hard drives and CD-RWs/DVD-Rom .......everything is up and running.................SUPER FAST. :D
