I picked up the tilt skull in campaign and got a killing frenzy in team doubles and didn't get credit for either. What the hell?
 
1. you have to start from the beginning of the mission for the skull to be unlocked and get the achievement, so if you loaded up a game midway or started from a checkpoint it doesn't count.

2. most of the online achievements are for ranked FFA playlists only.
 
I did start from the beginning. 2nd one makes sense.

I really don't want to redo the whole level. Guess I have to now.
 
also if i remember correctly, Tilt is on Cortana, and there are 2 skulls on that level, and 1 of them is just some dummy skull that is there and doesn't do anything at all. are you sure that's not the one you picked up?
