Not sure how they compare to energizer or duracell, i have a tendecy to leave my nimh rechargable batteries in the kids toys so i ordered a bunch of these. I do know Monster Cable make a heck of an audio cable for home theatre tho.

its okay, pretty much over hyped like the monster cable cables.. i had a few.. their charger sucked.. it wasnt charging after a while.. it came along with teh charger, and that would not charge. A proper charger fixed that problem.

edit:

fsck.. these are alkalines.. i thoguht they were rechargables..and was stocking up on them..

either way.. i am stocking up on them.

these prices sound like rape compared to the common arehouse offers (e.g. costco40 AAs 10.99) . Unless these are significantly better there is little incentive...

Uhm, 48 batteries in this case would be $9.60 (including tax).

Best Buy was clearing these out as well. Not as good of a deal though, I picked up a couple packs of C-Cell for $1.99 a piece.

Finally got some AA's as backup for the digital camera rechargables. The other sizes are usually available, but the AA's go in and out of stock quickly. Get 'em if you need 'um!

Digital cameras will eat through these in a heartbeat. You are better off spending that money on one of the rechargeable deals. I have 1800mah rechargeable duracells and some rayovacs and I use them in everything, including the remotes. I have to do a remote recharge about once every 4 months I would guess, but that's still worth it considering the money you save in the long run, and the much smaller negative effect on the enviroment.

Is the B1G1F promo still going on? There is no mention on the website and the prices have gone up...
