What contry, ethnic, econmic denomination, or religion have the highest rate of fatherlessness?

According to the world survey the divorce rate is the highest in the US & Canada is not too far behind. However, I heard from an ex Barbadian (Bajian) gf of mine that there are 5 out of 6 black childs in her country know who there father are.

If the above is true then does it mean that the world rating is incorrect?
Or, it just mean that the low income or black ethnic from Central/South America tend to have very high fatherlessness rate than the rest of the world?
Also what country do we perceive to have highest rate of orphan (economics or other reasons)?
 
divorce rate != rate of 'fatherless' children. you can get pregnant without being married.

I understand that, but it must contribute to the rate of childrens that don't know who their father are?
