I'm going to order some home beer brewing crap for a friend's Christmas present but have never heard of Edgeco.com

I don't see them listed on ResellerRatings.com either
 
Their logo is a diamond with a knife in it, right? If s, they advertise in PM, and should be a reputible company. Mostly mail order stuff before the internet took off.
 
I've been getting their catalog for years and have ordered a few times. No problems. Never had to do a return or anything so I can't comment on that.
 
I decided to take a chance and placed my order.

Decided to upgrade shippping from 7-10 day USPS to 2-3 day FedEx for another $5.

Now I'm $199 poorer 🙁
