As Pacfanweb pointed out he was never really married. It was a NON-legal cermony.
 
you would think that they would have talked about the name change stuff before getting hitched (tho it looks like they wernt legally married or some BS) either way, its pretty dumb
 
In my marriage divorce pools I enter, I've always given the couple at least a month or two. I might re think things now.
 
Sorry but if either person is so caught up on a name that they would break the marriage off, it would have not lasted to begin with and the other person is better off when they find a more level headed person.
