Depends where you are. If you're at a rave or sometimes a club, then usually yes. If they're on the street, shouting it and ringing a bell, no.

And in my experience, yes they usually have it. But I hang out with Ravers...soo....(I'm not a raver myself and I've never dropped E, but I know lots of Ravers and lots of people who have).

But common sense should tell you if they are serious or not, I mean, do they look the part? act the part? where are you at?
Either way your answer should be no, it's hella fun (personally I only think so if there is at least one female "participant") but I would avoid it because it's REALLLLLLLLLLY easy to get screwed up on....
