ECSK75SA 3dmark2001 scores?

Hi. I just built the following system:
Geforce 3 ti 200 visiotek xtasy (no oc) no FSAA on
512mb crucial ddr ram cas 2t 4t 6t
ECS K7S5A
Athlon XP 1600+ (133/133)
7200 40gig maxtor hd running DMA

I am getting 6419 in windows xp after a new installation in 3dmark2001. Does this seem a bit low? Are there any adjustments I need to make for this motherboard to get a higher score? thanks
 
No... Not bad at all..remember this is a gF3 ti200...I think it is in the ballpark of normal figures..

You can tweak the memory settings to cas 2 and ultra depending on ram modules...

What drivers for Nvidia are you using???

Are you running direct x 8.1???

Have you downloaded and installed upgraded agp driver from sis??? (very few driver updates unlike constant flow of via 4 in 1's)

One thing...Do not live and die buy 3dmark scores...I bet you can oc this vid card quite a bit and easily pick up 500plus points...

 
thanks for the reply, i havent installed any of the sis drivers...just whatever loaded with winxp. Thus it should be running directx 8.1 and also I'm using the newest reference drivers from nvidia (det 23.11 i think?) Thanks
 
SiS 1.08D AGP driver will improve performance.

It isn't necessary, but if you want every last point in a synthetic benchmark...
