ECS or epox

My athlon xp has bitten the dust, so I'm looking to build a budget A64 system. I've taken care of everything except the motherboard, and the psu.
I have the board narrowed down between the Epox EP-8KA31

and the Ecs 755-A2

I'm planning on getting the Epox, but i'm ultimately trying to save as much money as possible. I'm not planning on doing any hardcore overclocking. Any suggestions on a board that are decent and around the same price are appreciated.

When factoring the price of the ECS board, factor in shipping one back to get a replacement. 2 of 3 of the ECS boards me or my brother have bought have needed replacement, and from what I've read, my experiences are not unique.
