ECS or epox

My athlon xp has bitten the dust, so I'm looking to build a budget A64 system. I've taken care of everything except the motherboard, and the psu.
I have the board narrowed down between the Epox EP-8KA31

and the Ecs 755-A2

I'm planning on getting the Epox, but i'm ultimately trying to save as much money as possible. I'm not planning on doing any hardcore overclocking. Any suggestions on a board that are decent and around the same price are appreciated.

Epox all the way.

When factoring the price of the ECS board, factor in shipping one back to get a replacement. 2 of 3 of the ECS boards me or my brother have bought have needed replacement, and from what I've read, my experiences are not unique.

ECS is not bad, specially their latest boards. See this review of the 755-A2.

The ECS has my vote - got one myself, zero issues.

 

Ill go with epox, ecs is cheap, as in cheap parts.
