ecs nforce3-a High density memory ?

I'm considering buying 2 gigs of the 128x4 single rank, because supposedly they would both run at 400mhz as compared to dual rank at 333mhz. It's also considerably cheaper. However, I won't buy the stuff until I get some confirmation on high density memory with this board.

Anyone that has one of these boards tried the high density memory? I know that my processor supports the single rank 1 gb 128x4 stuff at 400mhz with the on die mem controller(venice 3000+ one of the later ADA3000BXBOX) but I'm wondering if ecs has support for this in their bios.

If they don't support high density memory I have heard a few people say they swapped bios with the biostar board. Does it support high density in its bios? If not that, is there a 3rd party nforce3 bios like the old merlin one for nforce2? Thanks for any feedback.
