ECS K7S5A won't boot???????? Help!!!!!!

I just fired up an K7S5A and it did absolutely nothing. My monitor say's no signal and my DVD and CDRW just cycles?? I reset the motherboard. Still nothing.
The system is a:
ECS K7S5A from New Egg.com
Fong Kai ATX Med FK320-SNP-W
Kyro II Video card
No other cards installed.
2 X Crucial 256 MB 32 X72 184-Pin Dimm DDR REG PC 2100
AMD Athlon 1.4 retail
Pioneer DVD
Plextor 16/10/40A
IBM 40 GB UIDE 8.5 MS 7200 RPM 60GXP
Any Idea's ????

To start with CAREFULLY recheck the position of the CMOS jumper. There have been warnings of it being shipped in the "Clear" position. Next thing to try is to unplug all cables on all drives and unplug the wall power cord. Then short/clear the CMOS and leave the jumper on for a good 10 seconds. Then just plug in the Hard Drive and the floppy (wall power cord also) and see if it will boot. Let us know.
