ECS-K7S5A using SDRAM PC133 or PC2100 better ?

I hear that some are overclocking using SDRAM....getting 150 FSB with this and cannot be done with PC2100 . I thought using a PC2100 is better but why SDRAM ? Which is actually better ? PC133 or PC2100 ? Thanks a lot.

PC2100 is definitely better, but getting a stable overclock at 150 is much easier with PC150 SDR. I tried both on the K7S5A (9x150 SDR and 9x133 DDR) and have decided to go with no OC but DDR. System is plenty fast and smooth and game the game performance difference wasn't noticeable.
