Hi, I'm confused on how to get the HD LED and POWER LED lights to work. I bought this mobo along with the enligh 7237 case. According to the enlight cables, the HD LED accepts only 2 pins and the POWER LED 3 pins. However, on the ECSK7S5a, the POWER LED is 2 pins while the HD LED is 3 pins. I thot that there was probably just misprint on the enlight cables and plugged the power led header into the 2 pins and the hd led header into the 3 pin slot. None of the led's worked of course. Which is which? Also, does it matter how I plug those cables in? Thanks

I can tell you I had to mod the power led by moving the one wire over to the center so it would fit on the 2 pins given by the ecs mobo...

I pulled the wire and metal part out of outside slot and placed it to the open middle slot of the 3 pin connector...plug into mobo and it works...

I must have been lucky on my placement, but I think ground needs to be to specific pin so direction of placement is critical...It will also effect the pin mod I mention above, at least which one you should move to get it to fit and work on the board...

Good luck this may take a bit of playing with...

you can use a paper clip to push the pin out, that's how I did it anyways.

;)Well My case had a three pin connecter, Only 2 had connacts, so using my handy dandy real swiss army knife (a victorinox I got in switzerland a useful souvieer) with it sissors I carefull undertrimed the useless thrid slot and used the metal file to smooth and finish trimming the plug. Five minutes of work later my power led light now works. LOL :D
