ECS K7S5A BIOS Update

I have a ECS K7S5A rev 1 mobo with the BIOS from 02/04/2001. If i download the latest version will i notice any performance increases? Also i have never updated a BIOD before, are the BIOSs on these boards easy to update?

Just as hard or easy as on any other board. Go to www.ecs.com.tw, read the instructions, and read what the BIOS updates starting from the one you have brought. Then you'll know 🙂
