ECS k7s5a at 133cpu/166memory?? anyone do this?

Just wondering. i'm up to 139/139 so far, but trying stuff out on this board is a pain since one mistake and you gotta reset @#% bios again. and that entails opening the case. the one time i did try 133/166 it froze. i do have pc2700.

Here's a tip for you: leave the case open.

yea... i know. but still, even with case open you gotta reach into a small space to get at the jumper. its not well positioned at all. instead of being near the cpu its between pci slots.. stupid!

i remember my old asus, if u fuxored a setting and it hung, it would go back to bios by itself

From what i've read over at OCworkbench, performance running asynchronous is worse than in sync

yea thats what i've been seeing from my google searches. that or it doesn't boot at all oh well. guess i can only tweak timings.
