ECS Elitegroup RS482-M motherboard freezes when video card is installed

Anyone with the same board have the same problems? Downloaded and installed the latest drivers for LAN-on-motherboard, audio, RAID, and BIOS. Works fine when using the onboard video card. However, when a video card is installed in the PCIe slot, the system freezes up after some random amount of time of being in Windows XP SP2. This is true whether the video card is ATI or nVidia.

What power supply do you have? 😉

Interesting. I think it is either PSU issue, or heat issue.
The system is stable when its just using the onboard video. And I had the Radeon X700 card in one of my Dell Optiplex running for a couple of weeks without any issue. The Radeon card doesn't require an additional power connector. I can get the exact model of the PSU if needed.
