I got the combo at fry's.
Overclocked the CPU to 2.4Ghz.
After about one week, the ethernet died.
Anyone has the same problem?

I had the problem and exchanged the board. It seems like it's working, but the IP is some weird range right?

That's exactly right!
Are you still going to overclcok it?
I thought that it's the overclock killed the network.
But It's such a waste to not overclock this CPU.

Exchange the board if Fry's will let you. Otherwise get a cheap NIC (Fry's sometimes has them for under $5).

I would recommend not getting another ECS product... Just my .02.

ECS is definately a YMMV. However, if you were to judge a product by the number of people reporting problems in the forums, then with the amount of problems reported for the DFI LANPARTY you'd imagine that people would be avoiding those as much as they avoid ECS. ;)

Mine was definitely not a driver problem as it stopped working in Linux too.

Yes. I also tried to install linux. It's not working in linux either.
And just used Clockgen to check the PCI frequency which is at 33Mhz.( I'm overclocking at 2.4Ghz now).
So it's not the overclocking problem.
Man, this board sucks.
No wonder they sell it for negative value. : (
