I'll try to keep it short:
-Purchased LCDTV from eCost.
-Price seemed almost too good to be true (yes, i know, don't say it).
-TV showed up backordered on my invoice, but said in stock at every previous stage. Bait & switch. Big handling fee snuck in on backend too.
-Called ECost. Received ship date.
-Ship date came and went. No ship.
-Did more research, seen some suggestions they play games to generate mailing lists (i have received constant spam since order) and with shipping dates, but **some eventually received the deep discounted product**. Some, however, had their orders canceled suddenly after weeks of waiting eCost out.
-2nd ship date is next week. I'm skeptical.
-Found an alternate TV, but price is $300 more.
-I'm getting impatient for a resolution. Don't need TV, just want. Don't need annoyance of this either.
Just looking for experienced feedback. Thanks.
