Are you dumb enough to marry a woman that expects to not work once she finds a man? Then yes, a prostitute is cheaper, because you will be paying for 2 (or more) people instead of 1. It doesn't get any more simple than that.

My wife and I are DINKs and love it. She is also super practical and probably hates shopping malls more than any woman on earth.

It's nice finding someone who doesn't fall to the social pressures of move out to burbs in over sized house, have 2.5 kids, a dog, a cat, have her be a stay at home mom, drive guzzlin SUV's, crank the heat to 74 and stay in debt till death.

So my wife is WAY cheaper than a prostitute, in fact she's lucrative.

What is the ongoing maintenance cost of dealing with hooker std's?

Aw, man. That brings back bad memories... of my sitting at my effing barber waiting for the womenz to finish their 2 hour appointments. Then it took about 20 minutes to cut my hair.

Almost glad I'm bald and shave my head in 5 minutes at home -- cleanup takes about 20 with shower.
