Once you have copied the dplist from the computer that is not connected to the net, stick the floppy into a computer that is connected, open a DOS window, and type in the more expression.

This of course assumes that you are running ECCp on the machine connected to the net. If not, or if you don't want to bother merging files, you can always do a manual web submission here.
