where did they all go ??? i dumped prob around 450 DP yesturday, they didnt show up on the stats page?? 157 of them did . but almost 400 from my mian rig didnt show up...... i looked on my main rig in its dplist file. the info is correct. i am using the CLI cleint. dont know???

help????
 
You didn't happen to save the dplist file before you dumped, did you? If you look in your dplist.log for the date and time when you dumped, do the number of points successfully transmitted add up to the right value? If they do, then they were transmitted to ND and
the problem lies at that end.

Here is another question. I am assuming from your comments that you are running on more than one machine. You didn't install it on one machine and then copy the folder to the other machine(s) did you? If you did, then you are calculating dupes.

well i didnt save the dplist(now i will😉) i installed it on each computer. i did not just copy the files. in looking at my user info i see that on the rig that didnt transmit right my userinfo has a box at the end of it...??? on my other user infos it doesnt. so i deleted the box. but im scared to transmit..😕 i guess if i save the dplist ill be ok . but if this solves the problem. is there anyway to get those DPS i sent in to be credited to me????

just counted the DPs that got sent and not accredited to me and its 549. i hope that its possible to get those to my account...🙁
 
That 'box' is probably just a carriage return. It probably shouldn't be there, and I'm not sure what damage it would do.


I don't know about a recovery, either. You could e-mail Chris Monico (cmonico@nd.edu) and explain your situation. If you are worried about future submissions, you can always try manual submission.

Sorry I couldn't be more helpful. I've never heard of a problem like this for someone submitted straight to ND.

well they never got put to my account..🙁 thats almost 700 DPs gone 🙁 oh well im gonna go back to the GUI cleint.... its a bit slower but i know it would send them correctly....🙁
 
good news...... first off the CLI cleint is eccp109 version x86l130.

second i emailed Chris and he said that they could be recovered 🙂 i just had to send him my dplist.log file . i counted them and it is 835 DPs that should be coming my way 🙂 😀
