So i buy a vp191 LCD from this place, and they send me the old 25ms model instead of the new 16ms model (which they advertise that they have). So i send it in for a return. A month later they give me a partial refund. Waste of time and money!! Just a fair warning to everyone else, take your money elsewhere!!!
