Okay, so after using it for a bit on the girlfriend's netbook, it got swiftly uninstalled.
Simply put, eBoostr recognizes your usage patterns, but only applies the changes to its cache when rebuilt (automatically every hour if PC is idle, otherwise triggered by clicking a button). It is not dynamic in nature ala Momentus XT/ SRT/ Dataplex/ Superfetch/ Readyboost, etc.
Bummer.
Personally couldn't be bothered with the shuffling of programs, thus caching is my only option (especially after having felt the responsiveness improvements my Momentus XT 500GB brought).
