Ebay woes...

I've been waiting patiently close to a week for this guy to pay, and I get this e-mail: "still waiting on a reply"

Was I suppose to send him a reminder invoice? No idea what that means...sorry, I'm just ranting.

i hate ebay, so i stopped useing it. FS/FT forums are so much better and easier to deal with

unless you are trying to sell a box, then ebay is the way to go

It just kinda caught me by surprise. I've been mailing out items via 2nd Day Air within 12 hrs of payment. But when I couldn't follow through on that promise, I overnighted it. Oh well, there's a first for everything I guess.

End of rant.

easy.
after 3 days > file non-paying buyer form
after 10 days> get your fees money back.

meanwhile, relist it.

on the 90 days, leave the buyer a negative feedback as you desire.

Write him back and ask what reply he is wating for. Maybe he asked a question and you missed it, or he thought he asked & it didn't go through, or whatever. Communicate with the person.

Oh and yes, do send a reminder invoice. Then begin the filing of a NPB if necessary. After communication, move to motivation.

Thanks. If I don't get anything by tomorrow, I'll do that.

Yeah...that's what I did. I thought it was better to give him the benefit of the doubt. We'll see. Thanks for your advice.
