EBay Users: Need Some Advice

Okay I'm a total noob when it comes to EBay, My auction just recently ended and the guy who won my auction had 10 positive feedbacks. Immediatly after the auction ended I contacted him asking him his shipping address, letting him know what my intentions are, his total, etc... Now I was expecting a response the following day but nothing.. So I sent him another email asking if he got the first one and he said he sent me a bunch of Email, none of them I received, but after that I got his shipping address etc.. O

kay now heres where it gets weird, his email address says "Orlando Enriquez" andthe name he gave me to ship to is "Ryuji Nakamura" and he told me his father is Orlando Enriquez and that he was having his father send me billpay for the total amount. Now I a trust worthy guy but this strikes me as kind of odd... Should I just wait for the billpay to clear and then ship to the address or should I ship to the address given in the billpay? I don't wanna get scammed so anyone have any advice for a noob??

Edit: He said he'd send payment yesterday but has not done so yet, this is getting fishy. I just want a smooth transaction.

Does the address match the billing info? Makes no difference whose name is on it. What's the value of this auction?

this guy still hasn't sent any form of payment and its been about 5 days since the auction ended, the value of this auction is about 90 dollars.

I don't know, it sounds more like a potential deadbeat than a scammer. If it was intentional fraud, you would have been paid already. Not much you can do for a deadbeat, just wait a while longer though..

yeah you're right. I'll Email him, wait a couple of days and if still no payment I'm going to place negative feedback and put it back up for auction. Thanks for the advice

What are you selling??? Just put it up in the FS/FT forums, no listing fees there.
