If it took you 3 weeks to pay for something, then YOU are the asshole. In my auctions, I state that if I don't recieve payment, or notification that payment has been sent... after 5 days, I will leave negative feedback and relist the item. If you bid on something on eBay, you need to have the money ready to send out. None of this BS "well I need money to eat" ... that's great, eat all you want, but if you can't afford to eat and buy stuff, or if you're just too f-in lazy to get out of your house and get a money order and stick it in the mail, DON'T BUY STUFF ON EBAY.

Leave a negative at 89 days, 23 hours, 59 minutes after the auction closes. Feedback can be left up to 90 days after the auction closes.....later than that and you cannot. Leaving it at that time noted gives him negative without the ability to respond.

EDIT: OK, so his dad used his account and didn't pay. It's still way FVKKING LAME! Three weeks is out of line. Hell, three days is pushing it, IMNSHO.

the guy's a bit of a tard, but that shiznit pisses me off as well. it's common practice to remit payment within 10 days. I leave negative after 14.
