It got sent to my 'spam' folder. Think i should change the CC info or just forget it and maybe report it?

It doesn't really seem like the normal spam.

it is a trick, delete it and forget it

if you want, you can (not by clicking any links) log into your ebay account and make sure everything is kosher, but that is a phishing spam BS email, DON'T CLICK ON ANY LINKS IN IT!!
