eBay seller won't ship items to me

I pre ordered some sports cards back in December. They were supposed to come 1st week of Feb. Auction stated that it would be shipped within a week of release.

It is Feb. 20th and I have yet to receive the cards. Everytime I ask via email if they have delivered or if I will even get them they don't respond.

It's been over 60 days and eBay won't let me file a complaint. I was able to request their phone number and have received.

After writing negative feedback, they reponded saying they wrote me back.

I write back saying that I still haven't received nor have you said anything about that.

what should i do?

Update:

Bank won't mess with it, tells me to contact ebay.

Ebay and paypal won't dispute because its over my 60 days.

Next time I will preorder closer to the date of the release so I don't go over my 60 days.

Guess I'm screwed.

Got his home address?

Email him telling him

"I guess you are ignoring my emails so I am flying over there and discussing this matter with you in person"

That'll scare him and he'll respond.

Just called the bank, told me everything goes through ebay.

I have their phone number. They are located in Michigan. I did a reverse telephone number look up to see the house address.

This might get interesting.

Always, ALWAYS pay for online purchases with your credit card (or even a debit card with a credit card logo). You can always file a chargeback with your credit (or debit) card company if you get screwed.
