I think he really meant he will only ship to the US 50 states. Or maybe the 48 contiguous states. He just had a poor choice of wording. Most people here in the states don't like dealing with anybody outside of the US with shipping. Shipping is usually higher (much higher) and once the package leaves the US you can't guarantee much.

I've always thought Atlanta was a cut above the rest of the state. I guess you're saying the rest of the state is even worse.
