Was looking to purchase an ATV (4-wheeler) on Ebay. found one for $1,500 USD and emailed the guy about where he is located (I'm in Ontario Canada, was going to go pick it up if not too far away) I get the following email back :

=======================================================
Hi,

My name is Robinson Morley and i'm glad to hear that you are interested about my atv. This atv is in perfect condition without any damaged or other problems.

Here you have the description of this vehicle:

The Grizzly® 660 may be the toughest utility ATV out there, but its pleasant disposition might surprise you.

Long-travel four-wheel independent suspension, a full-size chassis, 12-function LCD instrumentation, an all day-comfortable seat and plenty of effortless full-auto power render it almost luxuriously plush - not too plush, though, to have been named Hunting Illustrated magazine's ATV of the Year.

Watch the teeth: powerful 660cc five-valve engine, Ultramatic? transmission, Diff Lock with Override and 11.8-inch ground clearance mean this bear can outrun almost anything. Not that it needs to.

Add to the roster of features triple hydraulic disc brakes with front and rear independent controls, sturdy, powdercoated, wrinkle-finish steel front and rear racks, electric start with backup recoil starter, a standard hitch with 1,212-pound capacity and winch mounting tabs, just to name a few.

What would you guy's think about this? Is there such a thing as a Purchase Protection Account ? It just seems kind of fishy to me... the shipping on this thing alone would be $1500 or so probably... and he's going to bite that fee? What do you guys think ?

And sorry, I cant provide a link to the auction because I'm at work, and Ebay is a blocked site...

If you don't think that's fishy you're lying to yourself. These scams have been around forever people selling stuff for way under the value, getting paid and never sending sh1t.

I say sign up and see what happens hehe...

This One?

God I hope not. Not only does it indicate it's in Switzerland, the seller has 0 feedback, and is no longer a registered user. Note that theauction does not say anything about the vehicle, other than a copy and paste from somewhere else. (Miles? Hours? Condition? New? Used?)

I emailed the muck.. we'll see!

SUBJECT: Grizzly ATV?
Hello..

Is the ATV still available?

My nephew has Leukemia, not doing that well, and would like to surprise him soon.

Thanks
James

Emissions on an ATV? Not that I've ever heard of. Not to mention his listing style doesn't strike me as that of selling a 4-wheeler.

<-- Vote for SCAM.
