Whose responsibility is it to get in contact with the other party and how long after the end of auction? Somebody won my auction yesteday and I sent them and email after and havent heard anything back. Thx.

You should have said in the auction that you want the winning bidder to contact you in X amount of days or you'll re-list the auction.
