ebay rippage help - billpoint stuff

I purchase an item on ebay through their billpoint system stuff, and the guy never shipped it for over 25 days and crap and now he's not registered. On their faq, it says to dispute it from ur cc company since i used a credit card. Is that normal ? anyone tried that before ? I would thought you would call up ebay or fill out a form for that.. any ideas ? THanks

If you paid with a real credit card (and not a debit card or checkcard) then dispute it with the CC company...it will be MUCH faster and you have a very good chance of getting all of your money back.

The good thing about Ebay is that the most you are going to be out is $25.....check their buyer FAQ's. The process is outlined there.
