Ebay question

The winning bidder of my auction has a dead email address...do i wait for 3 days for him to contact me or is a dead email address kinda void the whole auction process?

Wait...3 days and he may contact you. Email addresses change from time to time. If his feedback was low, he may be new at the whole thing.

If you really want to complete the auction you can exchange personal information and give him/her a phone call?
I would try and get their phone number and give them a quick call. If you get their voice mail, that's fine. Just be sure to let them know that you can't reach them because of their dead emails. I always try to do this with Ebayers that haven't updated their email. I never want to look like I'm the one dropping the ball with the transaction. They could forget that they didn't update their email, think you dropped the ball and then leave you a negative for no good reason.

OTOH.. Check their Ebay record for feedback's left for others. If they don't have a habit of leaving feedback, I wouldn't worry about it. Give it 3 days and let them contact you.
