Ebay question

The final bidder on one of my auctions that was listed as "ships to: United states" has sent me a shipping adress in argentena. It was a pretty big ticket item and I want to recover the fees from ebay since no transaction will take place here. What is the best way to do this?

It is a stroke of luck that the guy is out of the conuntry because I screwed up a little and do not want to sell at this price anyway, so the answer to this question is not "ship it anyway." I also only take payment via paypal and there is no seller protection for international trade.

go to the second highest bidder or just notify ebay that he didn't meet your terms and conditions on the item.

yep, just had some douchebag do the same thing to me. Notified Ebay and was credited right then.

was the guy still able to leave feedback or did the whole thing get closed out?

No other bidders. I want to relist without having to eat a 40$ final value fee

It gets closed out more than likely if he's a scammer he'll get booted by the time you file the complaint which they'll refund your money right away, otherwise it takes a day or two to get it back.
