thats why you accept paypal only from overseas and say there is a 7 day waiting period if not to be positive that everything clears.

Umm, no.

The safest way is BidPay. Second safest would be a major international money order, like Western Union.

PayPal and direct credit card payments offer major loopholes which scammers know about and use.
 
i dont know about bidpay but paypal isn't the safest option.. they just take money from you sometimes when you don't even know it.. bastards 😕

You cannot reverse a BidPay payment.
 
with bidpay, you receive the payment in the form of a casheirs check from the nuetral party (bidpay)

BidPay is run by Western Union, so that is who you receive a check from. You can also forgo the check and have it directly deposited into your checking account.
