OK I just won an auction

the seller only accepts paypal

I have a paypal account but it is not fully verfied... can I pay him by using credit card via paypal??

 
If you have a credit card on your account, and the seller accepts credit card payments via paypal, then yes you can pay him/her thru paypal.

Otherwise your S.O.L.

The seller accepts credit cards via paypal, but when I click the pay button, a new window pops up where I can login. When I login, it says that accounts with limited access cannot send funds... WTF??

 
maybe you have to link up your paypal account to your CC#.
when I login to paypal after I win an auction, it already knows my number.
otherwise I dunno what to tell you, I ain't verified either.

so when you win auctions you can pay using the pay with paypal now button??

 
cheap ones like under $50, maybe there is a max for unverified users?

OK but I cant
a window pops up asking for your login, but when I try to login, it just says that unverified members cannot make payment

The amount is $130 actually
