All the local newspaper outlets I called are sold out of NY Times and Washington Post.

That's not the odd part, look at my location I'm on the west coast in Portland, Oregon!

I'm in NYC, and I can't even find a store with a newspaper. The only ones I've found are either in Korean or Spanish. :|

Same here upstate, what sickened me was the rubble of from the WTC for sale on eBay. :|

How does USA Today get distributed worldwide, do they fly paper issues everywhere? No.

It's all done electronically and printed locally here, yes they did have today's issues of NY Times and Washington Post but were sold out at 10:00 AM this morning despite getting extra issues.
