it's tough to explain surfboard stuff as I'm sure not too many here surf. Anyways it has lots of damage that is not pictured and repairs add weight to a surfboard so it won't perform as it should. Also one of the fins doesn't stay in and simply falls out. Basically not useable or "in good condition". He also says the dings are 1 inch long but there is a repair spot that is 1 1/2 Feet long

Your only chance of getting money back is doing a charge back if you used a Credit Card. Other than that you are so out of luck.

yes the making of poly surfboards are in short supply. But this board doesn't use a clark blank so it's not affected

Technically all of your descriptions fit the auction. It is "water tight" and surfable, and everything has been fixed. When it said that there was damage you should have known that there was repair work.

You're pretty fvcked

No it's not surfable. The fin won't stay in.

I had to re-read that 3 times.

LOL's I wrote it, read it, and I still don't know exactly what I'm trying to get across. Typing real fast when you're mad is not a great way to coherently get your point across
