eBay in bulk or singly?

I've got 10 packs of fujifilm photo paper (20 8.5x11 in sheets in each). Should I eBay all ten at once as a bulk package or eBay each by themselves?
 
there are pros and cons to doing it in bulk.

pros: one shipment, no worrying.
cons: you can probably get more money out selling each one individually.
 
Should I do something like "The more you order the more you save on shipping" sorta thing so that people have the choice to either buy bulk or singly?

Why sell and relist? Why not list all ten at once?

Erm, of course not! I would never dream of redeeming ten rebates that result in me MAKING $3 per package, and then sell all of them on eBay for more profit...

If you list all ten at once you risk saturating the market and competing with yourself.
 
Oooo... didn't think of that. Good call. Is it safe to do like two or three at a time? Or allow the purchaser to decide whether he or she wants to buy mutliple packages?
