That I sell it to him. He is offering a credit card payment of over 600 more than what my BUY NOW price is. He wants me to ship FEDEX overnight.

His registration is new to ebay Oct 28th.

Shipping would probably be like 100 bux or more dont you think?

Sounds fishy and dont want to sell to someone that has phoney credit card or one that has been stolen.

What do you think?

Don't risk it. Sounds very fishy, especially if he's willing to pay $600 more than what you're asking. Tell him if he's really interested to send you another form of payment not involving credit card.

Not cash, check.

I don't know, sounds good to me.
 
1. take his credit card payment
2. ship the item
3. find out the credit card is stolen
4. loose all the money and the item
5. profit .........er............ I mean, don't profit
 
You must be new to ATOT if you have not seen this exact scenario discussed dozens of times before.

Can you think of any reason a legitimate buyer would offer hundreds of dollars MORE than a BIN price, even when shipping is factored in? There isn't one.
 
Sell the item, ship him a big bag of dog poop in a box. Wait for the CC to get rejected but he gets a nice surprise too.

In the off chance it really is valid, you can just say "Oops, sent the wrong package" and send the right one.
