In one of the early Grand Turismo's, that was the car to have.

Yeah, that was Gran Turismo 1. Id be lying if I said that game didnt influence me to purchasing this car. But yeah its a 92 VR-4 with 70k original miles :D Got her @ 63k a little more than a year ago. During my teenage years, I drove a 92 Diamante, which shared the same engine as the base 3000gt\Stealth, the 6G72. I did all my own car work on the vehicle. I took apart the engine and put it back together numerous times. So by the time I got my VR-4, I was familiar with the engine. I'm currently wanting to do a vac line delete and relocated the battery to the trunk. Need more space under the hood! Also want to do the EGR delete.

But as far as performance goes, the car is pretty much stock. Got an unknown catback and a HKS SSQ BOV. Oh and a K&N air filter. Which reminds me, I gotta clean. Future upgrades are going to tackle, in my opinion, the main problem with these cars. The weight. Want to get lighter wheels, CF hood, lighter seats, CF or aluminum drive shaft.

Shit, there I go babbling about my car. Ill stop now, haha.

Ah crap. Well it is worth mentioning that you actually sort of need a car to enter. Recently moved to the US and do not have a car (nor DL yet).

Plug in the car or motorcycle you intend to buy and start looking up parts and accessories on eBay Motors. It's entirely legitimate.

I don't think that would help. He needs the driver's license.

According to the rules you have to be a licensed driver in their state or place of residence and and a registered member of ebay at the time of entry.

I'm addressing the chicken & egg issue. He can get the DL without owning a car.

Well hey! Thanks for that idea. - I am working on getting my license pretty soon actually - so that would most likely be within the timeframe still.

I appreciate the info guys!
