ebay dilema

Of course we state specifically that only ship to USA, we get a buy it now on one of the items we sell on ebay (which we no longer sell). 229 + 40 shipping, it's about 65lb. So they send me a money order (which I say I don't accept). Whatever, i'll make an exception. Now I made a mistake signing the money order before I realized he's in Puerto Rico. But all I had were 2 addresses, one a PO box (can't ship to that).after a month of waiting on his reply for an address I send it off, shipping was about $105 so we lost several on shipping, which he still hasn't paid for, and on top of that, packaged was returned:

- Customer not available or business closed - PUERTO RICO, PR

We got it back in a couple days ago. I get an email from him:

"What going on with the item im already make a payment you have 2 day to response to this massage before other action"

There's no way in hell I'm reshipping this when he hasn't even paid the extra cost for shipping after I requested this. So what should I do? Just refund him his full amount? Refund minus the original $40? refund minus $105? What do you guys think.

Do you know why the package was returned to you? Did he give you an incorrect address?

Tell him what you told us. Minus the inside the us part, of course, since PR is a us territory.

Terms: We currently accept credit cards and paypal only. Buyer is to pre-pay plus $40 shipping (this is a very heavy item). If you have any questions please contact us. Note: If the destination is any of the following locations: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, or Canada, we will have to give you a direct quote on shipping due to the cost increase.
