A lady won my auction 9-10 days ago and would not respond to any of my emails or invoices requesting payment. I have since filed an unpaid items claim.

Is there anything else I can do? I want to leave negative feedback, but she'll just leave me negative one as well I'm sure. It looks like she did that before to someone she didn't pay!

eBay really need to get rid of these people. Anyone who bids and doesn't pay should be suspended. It wastes the seller weeks of time and money to boot.

doesn't matter...that's what she gets for not doing any research before making a purchase

 Very helpful

I started the auction at .99, people didn't have to bid on it. Obviously the fair market value is that much or else it wouldn't get that high

People on ebay are scum, the feedback system is flawed since you cant post about deadbeat bidders etc without fear of retribution

You started the auction at .99 so it's her fault for bidding so high. (hell, vonage has sent me 2 of them for free)

All you can do is report her as NPB (non paying bidder) the re-list the item. been there done that.... part of ebay....

im sure you can file for non paid item so she gets a strike. but set a timer on outlook or whatever for yourself so within 90 days (or is it 60) of the end of auction you go up there to leave her a negative feedback. that leaves her little room of her newly added negative without the ability to retaliate

just relist and sell it to someone else. shes not gonna pay for it.
